Error after last patch - \ "Memory could not be read \" (Batman: Arkham Knight)

After the patch, which was released on Steam a few hours ago, when starting the game, the error - "Instructions at the address, turned to the instructions at the address - the memory could not be Read"
Any tips?

It didn't help. The game needs to be started in windowed mode in such a forced manner (the commands for launching the shortcut did not help), which was helped by the "BMT" extended launcher program, since I did not have to look for a long time in the manuals.
