Please advise a cooler for the Ryzen 7 5800X processor around $ 60
So far, I have looked after be quiet! Shadow Rock 3 or is it worth reporting and getting Dark Rock Pro 4?

IMHO, such an idea to buy cooling for a top-end hot percentage.
Watch the video.
Probably it will be hotter. There is a case with ventilation standards.

I recently assembled a PC with this cooler, it turned out to be higher than the manufacturer announced. And unfortunately, a marriage came, the 4 bolts did not have a thread for attaching the backplate.
Better to report to noctua already.

Buy Farzik
Noctua NH-D15 Chromax, or Dark Rock Pro 4.

Any tower with a thermal conductivity of 180-200 + W will do. It is not necessary to take expensive Noctua or Dark rock. The difference will be 3-5 degrees, but the price tag is x2-x3. I took myself an Enermax ETS-F40 Silent Edition 140mm cooler for the 5600X. MSI MAG Forge 100M case with three coolers. In idle 29-32 degrees, and in games 40-55 with jumps up to 60 in the most difficult scenes. On your 5800X, if there is a difference, then the maximum is +5 degrees.
Again, depending on what exactly you need the 5800X for. If only for games and not super heavy progs, then this cooler can handle it easily. And it is better to take a cooler with a 140mm fan, it works quieter than a 120mm. Although then you don't need 5800X at all, but 5600X is enough, the difference in games is 1-3 fps, in games the percentage is stupidly idle.
