I can't complete the quest "Silver Cloak"! killed the first criminal, put the business card down, listen to the Silver Cloak radio again, listen to the chatter and everything is good 0! it was still when I was at level 15, then I went to Good Neighborhood again, I went there again and listened to the radio a couple of times, there’s no point! chatting on the radio and that's it!What can be wrong?
