Long War 2 - walkthrough, bugs (XCOM 2)

The mission to capture the data cache almost the very beginning, already rebooted a couple of times. After the seizure, shows where to go (evacuation) ran through the map and nothing really on the edge of the map all taken in the landing zone, no evacuation zone, who knows what to do?

And yet, on the global map can't just scroll through time, need to do something (e.g. new regions to open, but when the limit comes, and buildings for bonuses not yet built - in effect occurs the game will be over, because you can't have nothing more to do...
