In my opinion, a generally useless perk. To sneak up on a robot, in most cases, you need a very good dexterity and pumped up stealth, and if there is dexterity and stealth, why not quickly crash it with attacks? I even killed robots with a skull for survival. I also wanted to take this perk at first. In my opinion, this is just a relic of past parts, where there was some kind of role-playing, right there - it's generally useless
