Transferring saves from pirate to off. version? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Started playing the pirate version of The Witcher, went far enough to replay the faces. Is it possible to transfer saves to the Steam version from pirate (not steam)?
And an additional question (naively) about the achievements, will they be counted?

If the version of the game (Pirate) matches the version of the game (License), then you can transfer the save and it will be counted.
As for achievements, it is unlikely.
