No Russian voice acting and subtitles (Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy)

In the first scene, the mother comes up and starts just moving her lips, and then everything is the same. The rest of the sounds are there, but there is no talk either in the credits or in fact. Turning off titles doesn't help. Only the change of the voice acting language works - both dialogues and titles appear. What could be the problem?
