Trouble in Diamond City (Rabid Citizens) (Fallout 4)

Trouble is trouble. What if I just teleported to the Diamond City market and the residents started a war against me.
The last time I was there was a quest for Kellogg's house. Geneva gave me the key and that's it - I did the job according to the quest, told the detective for the time being and disappeared, and after the murder of Kellogg, here's the story.
There is no save before and after the murder, respectively.
They gave advice: Getting a weapon and removing a weapon near the entrance to the city did not help.
