FX 6300 overclocking question and RAM

I have such a question about the Kingston [KVR16N11S8 / 4] 4Gb RAM (2 bars)
In general, I overclocked the processor by a factor of x20 and the 215 bus to 4.3GHz, and therefore the RAM memory increased from 1600MHz to 1720MHz. It seems that everything is working stably, I did not touch the opera, I set the timings at 10-10-10-27 (standard 11-11-11-28).
Is this a normal thing at all or what?

hasn't changed anything at all.
Maybe my opera just simply isn't chasing?

Considering that these are ref modules - it is quite possible)

If you use a little multiplier and drive a little bus, you get better overclocking.

Actually, if everything works, what is the question?
it may be that the mother lowered the divider to the cpu and it works like 1333. 9-9-9-10 like that. however, during auto acceleration, it raised the frequency and thereby set such timings (unless, of course, it was set by hand), however, this is unlikely
to be indirectly indicated by the frequency of the NT bus, which, according to my opinion, should be larger.
run 5 times to make sure the Cinema Choto r15 is a benchmark where such balls are rendered
if everything is efficient, adjust the NT link speed to 2400-2700 MHz and test it for stability.

NT Link up to 2580 MHz turned out to be overclocked, it seems to work stably!
PS I can't set the timings below (10-10-10-27). The system boots but only shows 4 GB memory
