can't steal supply (Far Cry 6)

Hello everyone. I am desperate to get help from Ubisoft, and I am reaching out to the community. I bought a license. I find Juan Cortez in the village and he sends me to steal supplies. Calmly I pick up three small piles, but the big bale with the smoke box does not react to me in any way. I started a new game, reinstalled, cleaned the registry, to no avail. Ubbisoft suggested that I wait for the patch ... This was suggested on October 9th. Someone may have encountered a similar problem.
