About graphics and \ "Hunters Config \" (Fallout 4)

Is there something like Hunters Config for Fallout 4? And then when cars / robots / fat man explode, fps drops to 6-8. It would be great if you could cut a lot of the special effects. Setting up "config" files is of little help.
