Need help removing.

People have such a problem, they bought a new computer, installed a new local disk 2 TB and left 2 old ones, each 1000 GB. Windows was installed on a new disk, on the old one there were folders program files, program files (x86) and windows. How can I delete them?

The easiest and most reliable way, you yourself named! And so you can still see the boot area, maybe there is some link to the old hard! Press the Windows + R button, then enter msconfig there, then the "download" tab and there should be only one entry in it!
