Problems with saving (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Breakpoint)

Yesterday, a friend threw in the middle of the game when he came in , he dropped the whole storyline and progress through the side effects. Level ,skills,equipment, and all open points on the map left. In the launcher writes Ubisoft 61% progress through the story. Tried to delete all the save,loaded from the cloud and off the cloud - no use. Has anyone faced similar problem?
