Need help achieving (license) Clavicus Mask. (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

I decided to go through the daedra quest Clavicus Vile, did not kill Barbas and took the mask. But the incentive does not protect the achievement of the influence of the Daedra (get the first Daedric artifact) Although I took a mask, not an ax. Someone please tell me what to do and how to complete the next achievement where you need to collect 15 artifacts (the mask turns out to be not protected or what?)

I started the quest Dog-friend of the Daedra (for me this is the first quest others have not completed yet) and I took the mask of Clavicus and, according to the idea, I should be protected in incentive by the achievement Daedra Influence (get 1 Daedric artifact), but it is not protected. Why? After all, the mask is considered a Daedric artifact.
