How much damage do the bulbs on the weapon do? (Fallout 4)

Here they are:

I think they are related to damage, because if you shoot continuously, a laser carbine does less damage than a regular 10 mm pistol.
As I understand it, the first shot is 100% damage, and with 2-1-0 bulbs, how much is the damage cut?

on some weapons for a more powerful shot, you need to press R several times, like on a laser musket, or hold down the same button for a while, as, for example, when using a Gauss cannon. Then it shoots harder.
