It hasn't come out yet.
There is only beta, but it is available only to those who paid for the kickstarter or took the full package for all updates.
V1.5 is expected in December, along with the horizons.

This week, the beta of Horizons appears.
The release is usually in a month at the fronts.
So we are waiting at the end of December. There is no more exact date.
