Vertical sync not working (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

Vertical sync does not work, can you put FPS lock in the game files? In the game I turn it on, but it doesnâ€™t seem to notice, for me a stable 30FPS for the gamepad is better than these jumps.

PS I wanted to be in technical questions, I got screwed, the moderator moved it =)

MSI Afterburner to the rescue. There, you can put a lock on any number of FPS. Alternatively, if the PLC is standing, then in the Control Panel you can set the Vertical sync pulse - Adaptive (half the refresh rate).

Thank you. Didn't know about such a great feature in MSI Afterburner.

PS It turned out that there is also a slider in the amd control center, you can put any FPS.
