Legends to Fall From (Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel)

Legendary items appear literally everywhere, for example, I have cases:
1. A sniper rifle (from Hyperion), a shield (from Tedior), a Sky Gladiator class mod (for Athena) in a vending machine.
2. A legendary grenade (from Torgl) fell from the queen of the Tarks.
So, banal luck is needed here.

one who appears from the boxes, after killing him there is a great chance to get a redhead, in the second part there was even a zone where, without completing the quest, it was possible to call such babies from each box (I hope this is what we are talking about)
