Installing Realtek HD on Windows 7

Faced such a problem - I installed Windu7 to the maximum, I put the Realtek HD codec to make the mic sound louder. Realtek is installed, does not issue any errors, asks to restart the computer, and then nothing. Those. after installing and restarting the computer, the standard drivers are not replaced, the Realtek HD manager does not appear. Who knows what the problem is?
