Quest \ "Detention \" does not start (Fallout 4)

after completing the quest "Closed-type institution" nothing further happens. The quest is shown as completed, but there is no conversation with the father to start the "Detention" quest. Restarting doesn't help. Saves cannot be rolled back. When I passed the first time there was no such problem. Can anyone come across a similar one?
