Game won't launch on laptop (Fallout 4)

What I tried:
1. Updated all drivers and stuff for games like DirectX, etc. My graphics card supports DirectX 11.
2. Enabled launch in windowed mode.

This is my minimum, the settings are all at zero, and then I had to buy additional RAM so that the rules could be played. And then friezes and lags are often visited, especially in the open world and with powerful effects such as explosions.

everything works for me, more than 24 hours in the game, config in the profile, at minimum values ​​of 20-40 fps, maybe you have a curve repack.
