player.setav x y, where x is the name of an attribute or skill, and y is its desired value
Attribute names: strength, perception, endurance, charisma, intelligence, agility, luck

I know that, thanks. I do not mean increasing skills and perks, but adding the number of points for distribution. For example, upnul a couple of levels -> you have 2 points for distribution. Is there a team to increase them?
