Freeride Up (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

Well, for some reason, a free ride is not done, that is, the character cannot climb the wall from a run, they write press Shift + the spacebar, I press but nothing happens, the character cannot even use the stairs, but he easily climbs onto small obstacles, this only applies to straight walls and stairs.
