Lags when the mouse moves! (Fallout 4)
Hello everyone!I ran into such a problem (I use a pirate), my game freezes when the mouse moves,
when I just use the buttons for all the rules, there is no deterioration in graphics, I play on ultras (tried on all settings)
when I slowly move the mouse turns the rules, it’s worth moving the mouse, it’s easy.
tried everything. changed everything here as needed Fallout4Prefs.ini, Fallout4.ini.
the computer is suitable for system requirements.
updated firewood.
tried other repacks.
launched in all possible settings and extensions.
+ still lags at the intro video if you move the mouse and also
does not lag in the menu when loading the save (where you can twist the weapon)
can anyone help?

If you changed it the way you need it, then it turned out what it should have, right?
You are already tired of your "everything should be good for me, but everything is bad for me!" If you changed something and took any actions, then they need to be described, preferably in detail
"The computer fits the system requirements" - what kind of computer? Where can you read its characteristics?
