How to remove the limit on the number of settlers? I have 18, they no longer go, and do not move. Is there some kind of mod or console command? The number of settlers is calculated according to the formula 10 + the level of charisma. You can somehow cheat the charisma not by 10 (maximum level) and for example 100?
