Fix for maps. (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

In general, the problem is as follows: the mods include TSM Map 6.1 and RusMap 1.5.2, there are no conflicts or flights, but you can only get to Russia through Scandinavia, through Belarus in any way, there is no road there ... Can this be fixed?
