Game won't start (Hard Reset)

When you start the game, either a black screen appears with a launch sound, or terrible lags in the video and then a menu in which these iron gizmos appear between which, in theory, there should be a menu, but it is not there, and when you press the space bar, this gizmo gets another thing on which again is nothing.
PS: bought in incentive.
