Persians from the brotherhood are being aggroed how to be (Fallout 4)

In short, I joined the brotherhood of steel. I climbed onto the airship and there they gave me a quest to clean up the arsenal in order to repulse nuclear mini-charges. When flying on a rotary wing, I accidentally hit my own with a machine gun. And after the end of the quest, I had to talk to the paladin (I don’t remember his name), so he considers me an enemy and everyone else on the airship.
