Crashes when loading New Game / Save (Fallout 4)

Laptop with characteristics:
Core i5 2260 MHz
4GB of RAM
ATI HD5470 512mb (d11 supports)

The game starts, but crashes when loading (after a minute and a half) a save new game. Maybe somewhere you can find logs with errors? Or someone faced such a problem? DirectX installed, the latest drivers, the patch is worth it, the crack code, no framework is also worth it.
