The Bliz website says "We will mark the accounts that will have access to the game in advance during maintenance on Thursday 19th November." Maintenance, as stated here http://eu.battle.net/forums/ru/overwatch/topic/16743014894, will start today at 21:00 and end tomorrow at 20:00, so it’s impossible to say exactly who received invite, and who is not.

I wonder if pre-order will affect the chances of getting an invite. I will answer myself: "Hardly."
