Why the brake(not iron)

hi,I have a new laptop acer v3-771g. in most games,even simple type (heroes,civilization,war thunder)and so on.game every 5-6 seconds.slow down,I'm sure it's not hardware.in he online games (war thunder) everything slows down and then fast as the tank flies in front.I hope I correctly formulated.for earlier thanks.
