Loss of parameters in settlements, what should I do? (Fallout 4)

The problem is this, after I leave my settlements (not all), their parameters: places, water, protection, either disappear altogether, or significantly decrease, respectively, because of this, happiness decreases.
Is there any way to avoid this, or is it stupid to wait for the patch?
PS By the way, I installed shops in the settlements. but did not notice that they were profitable, what's the matter.?

In general, maybe someone will come in handy, but I got rid of this bug by completely removing all beds and protection, then sat on a chair for a couple of hours and re-placed them in other places. It seems that this bug no longer appears in these settlements. But another, but not so annoying, appeared, in some settlements where there are a small number of people, no matter how much I put protection, they are still not enough (an exclamation mark is lit on opposite the point of protection).

The level of protection required depends not only on the number of settlements, but also on production. Try strengthening your defense in one of them.
