Actually stuck on this quest \ "Honor or dishonor \" (Fallout 4)

I decided to look into the "Boston Airport", went downstairs, ended up in a room with 2 robotic police officers, at the very bottom. There they gave me this very quest, now the beacon points to the very warehouse where "Knight Sergeant Gavill" is. Will it be possible to pass it somehow?
