Wire problem (Fallout 4)

Some wires, stuck in textures, hang in one place and constantly sparkle.
How to remove it? (Cheats hide or remove the wire, but the sparks themselves remain)

Pysy - the one that supposedly comes from the ceiling, FALLS IN THE WALL, AND APPEARS AGAIN =)
