How do I change NAT in the game? (Call of Duty: Black Ops 3)

I tried almost all methods, zero sense. It seems like a lot of people are playing, but they find only 2-3 rooms at most. I already called the provider, and opened the ports myself and tortured the firewall, everything was useless. Do you have suggestions?
