Location mid tech serverch (Fallout 4)

there are 3 terminals and a full building of ghouls at the entrance, the terminal says the alarm is on and the second staff is responsible for opening the gateway, but it does not open because the alarm is on, and the third one at the very top, apparently the director's terminal is required there, but there is no password in the building, or I did it all the same I missed something, tell me who was the thread who was bothering?
