Maybe the cause of the error is time related! Should be +8 Hong Kong. In the first repacks, you had to change the time yourself and start the game from the administrator, after that a window appeared, just click on "Ok", after that a white screen appeared and the game started. Now the repacks seem to have changed and at startup the time zone is automatically changed. As an option, I advise you to read the comments from where I downloaded the repack, if there were errors there should have been a discussion.
