How to go to the Institute for the Minutemans? (SPOILERS!) (Fallout 4)

I have already gone through all the endings except the Minutemen, so I decided to take them on, teleported to the Recording Institute and then transferred it to the one who helped build the teleport and that's it, there are no more quests from the Minutemen, how can I destroy the Institute by playing as the Minutemen?
And is it possible, when playing as Minutemen, not to destroy the rest of the factions?
