Bug? Mini quest from Proctor Quinlan. (Fallout 4)

Actually, this quest appeared in the miscellaneous tab: "Take the technical documentation from the proctor Quinlan." He does not give any technical documentation, but only takes, which in turn does NOT complete this quest. help! Am I stupid or a bug ?!

A stupid translator in this case, who confused "bring" with "pick up". You must carry technical documentation to the proctor, for which he will give you a reward. Kind of like in F3 with BS tokens. And the translator of text resources got confused in three pines;)
