The problem is this, after I leave my settlements (not all), their parameters: places, water, protection, either disappear altogether, or significantly decrease, respectively, because of this, happiness decreases.Is there any way to avoid this, or is it stupid to wait for the patch?
PS By the way, I installed shops in the settlements. but did not notice that they were profitable, what's the matter.?

1) Most likely to wait for a patch. Because, for example, I don't have such problems.
2) The profit is accumulated in the workshop (you press R on the workshop, you select the different category and take it away, but the profit is sooo small).
