Help (Fallout 4)

1) Can you somehow remove the limit for buildings and people?

If not, how can you find out the maximum number of people you can?

2) can you somehow transfer people from small farms? (in the castle for example)

The construction limit did not even see where and how ...
The limit of people, in the early themes already was, 11+ ur charisma, or something like that. (Could be wrong, did not remember exactly)
Personal observation - from the character (his ur and open world) / the number of towers / the passage of some quests also seems to depend, although not the fact that everything and not the fact that much - affects more the growth itself)
People are transferred through the workshop when you point them at them (as well as assign them to work ) next to the button - relocate.
