Found the cause of lags, brakes on normal PCs. (Fallout 4)
Fallout4.exe uses the processor by 10%, memory - 2 out of 8 GB (I checked in the control panel, windows memory is fully available). For a week now I have been suffering with ini files in my documents and have tried almost everything - 30fps (drops to 10-15 indoors) produces only at the minimum settings with a resolution of 1366x768. Who has any considerations?AMD A8-3800 APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics (overclocked to 2.7 GHz), 8GB of RAM, AMD Radeon HD 5670 (2GB of video memory).

antifreeze is not on the cards . he just removes all these restrictions like. 0.280 and higher are already available. It helped me a lot.

in any way, the launcher, even during the reset, writes that it was not possible to determine the model of the video card, although it is registered in the initial version. Now I noticed that the processor still works fine, but the RAM really does not use more than 2GB out of 8. Moreover, although I turned off the superfetch service, the computer reserves 6GB of RAM. In the resource monitor, it writes that this is a reserved memory in which cached files are stored and which is not available for use.
update: I was able to launch the game with enb_0.283 patch, fps remained at 15-20 fps on the street, and 10-15 in buildings. I play at minimum (1920x1080), but shadows, lighting, reflections, and smoke are not removed in any way (although I dug up all the parameters in the initializer). Is the amd card the only problem?
