The only solution at the moment is to disable multiprocessing in the nvidia panel, and so you have to wait for patches if Todd Howard wants to fix it anymore.
The GTX 590 3GB card itself has this bug.

1) solution (not mine)
save the game.
Then in the console (button (~) (Ñ‘)) we drive in "sexchange" (you need to do this once)
Then reload your previously saved game.
2) the solution, mine is to
open the NVIDIA control panel-control of the 3D settings program parameter - select Fallout 4 - we are looking for (multiprocessor rendering mode) Perform alternative framing 2.
If you put alternative framing 1, then there may be crashes.

the mode should be turned off or switched to alternative framing 1 which helped in my case.
also in the config there is an option - such as force volumetric lighting on the character, it is by default 0 and it should be

SinManSai sexchange has resolved the issue with slides enabled. Perhaps temporarily, but so far this is the best solution in my opinion.

Disabling the slides also solved the problem and for some reason did not affect the frames, which is strange. Perhaps they will sit in more populated places.
