The ghouls are barely killed. (Fallout 4)

Greetings to all wastelands. Such a problem: CHARRED wild ghouls are difficult to kill (Fatty ~ demolishes half of the hp). This happened after the introduction of cheats to open the entire map and increase the level. Difficulty: low. Is it because of the console commands? Or am I just a goof? Thank you in advance.

if you raised the level, then the level was automatically adjusted to yours, and if your weapon is still weak at the initial levels, then you are to blame
