Is it possible to transfer a save file from pirate to license? (Fallout 4)

well, maybe you can. if you drop it into the desired folder. but not all incentive achievements can be activated.

It was the case that I played in fallout - New-Vegas on a pirate, then I installed a Steam license, so the save files were displayed in the license without any transfers.
