GameWorks Options (Batman: Arkham Knight)

Guys, I decided to play (on PC) Batman. I faced such a problem (the screen is attached) - the GameWorks buns do not turn on, or rather, I cannot activate two options out of four: smoke / fog and scraps of paper (the rest are active). Although my graphics card supports them (GTX 970 G1). I tried to twist the graphics settings through GeForce Experience (these options are available there), but when the game starts, they are disabled again. Why are they not available and is there another way to enable them?
