5 mainly due to psychopaths (Slappy really made him back away from the monitor))))

Well, I would not say that this is straightforward horror, and if it's scary, then it's terribly fun :)))) but really scary is a series of Fatal Frame games - creak of floorboards, ghosts, howling of the wind, and a photo camera instead of weapons.
