Hero for HotS (StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void)

The battlenet specifies that the purchase gives a character for heroes of the storm. Who bought elsewhere, was this hero given to you, or is it a battlenet exclusive?

I pre-ordered in the store, I received the hero on October 20, and so when you attach the key, the hero will automatically become yours (the hero is Artanis)

no, I just sent a check from the personal account of the store to support, they answered me within a day and activated the hero.

Yesterday I bought a disc, and Artanis came right away as I activated the key
