on 19th I used 1600-900

You can put 1200 by 800 in the configs in the documents and in the folder and on the computer itself, set the same permission. In the game itself, there will be black stripes, but not large.

You go to Documents> My Games> Fallout4
Open the Fallout4Prefs.ini file You look
for the lines
iSize H = 768
iSize W = 1366 (I had other numbers)
and put your own.
