There is a problem with moving around the map ... (Fallout 4)

When I click on the icon where I need to move, it gives me a window with the inscription "You definitely want to move here", and the answers are "Yes", "No", "Put a meta", I click "Yes", and then endless download. What to do ? Please help. Until a certain moment, everything was fine.
